How to delete your mobile app account
While we are sorry to see you go, follow the steps below to delete your Fabulous Freddy's Mobile App account. Please keep in mind this will complete delete the following data:
- Your payment method(s)
- Your birthdate
- Your password
- Your contact Info and any marketing campaigns or rewards\
- Very limited account data may be retained for financial, reporting, and audit purposes.
- Tap on the triple dot "More" menu in the bottom right
- Tap on the "User Settings" menu
3. Under "User Settings," tap "Delete My Account"
4. Confirm the pop that you'd like to delete your account
5. You will be sent a verification code to your mobile device via text message. Enter the verification code you receive into the field shown, and tap "CONFIRM CODE"
You're Fabulous Freddy's Mobile App account has now been deleted. Please note you may now create a new account using the same email address and phone number if you'd like. Please feel free to reach out to us with any questions.
